Individuals

Discovery

Your first meeting is a chance to get acquainted and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your situation, determine which planning engagement works best for you, and I’ll share my approach, fees, and answer your questions.

The Work

Our work goes beyond numbers and data. I want to understand your financial values, goals, and vision for the future. The key question is, “What does financial success look and feel like for you?” Every aspect of your financial picture will be considered based on your needs.

The Promise

I’m legally and ethically bound to serve your best interests, provide honest guidance, and charge fair prices. No exceptions. That’s the fiduciary standard.

The Outcome

Building wealth, repaying loans, planning for family, and making career choices—all while enjoying today—is complicated. A successful process gives you clarity, frees up emotional space, provides accountability, and solidifies your financial health. You don’t have to do it alone.

The Value

Medical school didn’t teach you about money, but without expert guidance, poor financial decisions could negatively impact your career. You’ve invested years becoming a doctor. Isn’t it time to invest in your financial health? When we work together, you will have:

  • A clear loan repayment strategy
  • Confidence in every financial decision
  • An advocate who’s on your side – no product sales, no hidden agendas
  • The freedom to choose your specialty based on passion, not financial pressure

Organizations

Our Experience is Your Advocate

When your members face financial uncertainty, they look to you for support.  Stellar Financial Health provides that support in a meaningful, tangible way.

Designed for Organizations That Serve Others

Whether you’re a professional organization, union, or non-profit, your mission centers on supporting your members and their families. Financial wellness is one of the most significant concerns affecting your constituents—impacting their job performance, their stress levels, and ultimately, their loyalty to your organization.

I work alongside organizations to create financial counseling solutions that genuinely serve your members’ needs. This isn’t about generic financial education presentations, it’s about building a customized approach that reflects your organization’s values and addresses the specific financial challenges your members face.

Building a Partnership That Works

I collaborate directly with your leadership and members to design financial counseling solutions tailored to your community. Together, we’ll identify the financial topics that matter most to your members and create programming that meets them where they are.

My Services Include:

  • Live seminars that engage your members in real-time with relevant, actionable financial guidance
  • Recorded sessions that provide ongoing access to financial education when members need it most
  • Investment and financial education resources designed to build financial capability, consumer confidence, defense mechanisms to protect against fraud and scams, and healthy narratives around the relationship between money and self-identity.
  • When your members feel supported in their financial journey, they stay engaged.  Financial wellness programs aren’t just a member benefit, they’re a retention and growth strategy. Members who see real value in what you provide will become your strongest advocates.

Let’s Start a Conversation

I would love to learn more about your organization’s goals and explore how a financial education program could serve your community. There’s no pressure and no sales pitch, just a meaningful discussion about what matters to your members and how we might help.

DoDEA

A Financial Partner Who Understands the Federal Service Community

For nine years, I lived this life alongside you. As a military spouse, I raised my kids on bases, moved when orders came, and experienced firsthand the unique challenges and opportunities that are part of your life’s fabric as a Federal DoDEA Employee.

I have served both the Aviano and Sigonella base communities in Italy as a Personal Financial Counselor in the Family Support Center offices, and also served as a college campus director in Guantanamo Bay.  I collaborated with your community school systems to deliver financial education programs to DoDEA students.  This  experienced perspective matters because financial advocacy and planning to meet your needs isn’t the same as planning for clients in the civilian world. The systems you navigate – the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), the Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS), VA benefits, and the constantly shifting landscape – require someone who actually understands how they work and how these benefits and financial resources  will serve you best  as you begin to think about life after public service

As a financial educator, I spent several years advocating for clients within the federal government compensation system. I’ve sat across the table from DoDEA faculty at every stage – from those just starting out to those approaching retirement – helping them understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their financial future.

Planning for Your Transition

If you’re at a point where you’re starting to think about what comes after your DoDEA career, you’re not alone. Whether you’re approaching retirement eligibility or considering a transition to civilian life, this is when intentional and supported planning strategy becomes critical.
Your income will shift from full time earned income and tax advantaged living allowances (LQA) to a combination of several retirement investments and benefits. Each has different variables that need to be understood so you can maximize what you’ve earned through your career of service.

Moving Forward with Confidence

The work we do together is about creating clarity. We’ll use planning tools to help you forecast what life looks like financially as you transition into this next exciting stage of life. You’ll see how your income streams work together, understand when it makes sense to make your move, and have confidence that you’re making decisions based on solid information, not guesswork.
You’ve served your students, schools, and country with dedication. Now it’s time to ensure that the financial foundation you’ve built through that service supports the life you want to live next. I’m here to help you navigate that transition with the understanding that comes from having walked a similar path myself.
